Æquo offers services related to shareholder engagement, sustainable finance (SF) general consulting, voting rights and impact assessment (e.g., carbon footprint, SDGs, etc.).

POSITION AVAILABLE
Æquo is seeking an analyst to join our team. Your contribution will focus on ESG research by company, sector or theme. Using available databases and public information, you will produce research files whose results you will share with the engagement team. You will help prepare meetings with companies and draft minutes, as well as contribute to the strategic work and planning by our team of professionals.
PROFILE SOUGHT
Are you passionate about sustainable development, and do you care about helping usher in a financial system aligned with the major issues facing human societies? Do you have a combined total of at least four years of university education and relevant practical experience[1], along with a proven interest in / basic knowledge of finance?

Do you have good communication skills; excellent mastery of spoken and written French or English, with a good command of the other language; and great interpersonal skills and adaptability? Are you professional, curious, thorough, versatile and well-organized? Do you have team spirit and good strategic sense?
